MEDITATION�TO RECOGNIZE PROSPERITY
(Yoga for Prosperity, Siri Kirpal Kaur Khalsa, p. 59)

 

Posture:  Sit in Easy Pose with a straight spine or in a chair with your feet flat on the floor.

Focus:  (Not indicated in YFP.)  Close your eyelids and focus at the third eye point.

Breath, Mantra & Mudra:  Begin in Prayer Pose.  Inhale and begin to chant the Mangala Charn Mantra as you extend the arms up to 60 degrees�

AAD GURAY NAMEH

Inhale powerfully, then exhale as you return the arms to the Heart Center and chant�

JUGAAD GURAY NAMEH

Inhale powerfully again and repeat while extending the arms up to 60 degrees, inhale powerfully then exhale as you chant�

SAT GURAY NAMEH

Inhale powerfully and quickly as you chant, then exhale while chanting,

SIREE GUROO DAYVAY NAMEH.

Time:  Continue for 31 minutes.

End:  To end, inhale deeply, hold for 10 seconds, then exhale and relax 

Comments:  This variation on the �Meditation for Projection from the Heart� is especially good for helping us to act quickly on opportunities as they arise.  It is also good for opening the heart chakra and sending the energy of love into the universe, thus creating the green energy that promotes prosperity.

The Mangala Charn Mantra surrounds the magnetic field with protective light.  It means:

Aad Guray Nameh                          I bow to the Primal Wisdom.

Jugaad Guray Nameh                   I bow to the Wisdom through the Ages.

Sat Guray Nameh                           I bow to the True Wisdom.

Siree Guroo Dayvay Nameh        I bow to the great, unseen Wisdom.
