ABOUT WHITE TANTRIC YOGA
This all-day meditation experience is both challenging and uplifting. It
raises us to the heights of our excellence and crystallizes our
commitment to transformation. It is an event unsurpassed for
its power and ecstasy.
Our minds release a thousand thoughts within the wink of an eye.
They become feelings, emotions, desires and multi-realities, lost in
the unconscious and subconscious mind effecting the conscious mind
and ruling our lives.
White Tantric Yoga is a sacred science which allows us to
experience release from these subconscious blocks and limitations in
the shortest period of time. It helps us achieve the freedom we need
to accomplish our life's goals and fulfill our mission.
White Tantric Yoga is practiced in pairs as a group meditation.
You will sit facing a partner and follow instructions for meditation
given on a video tape by the Mahan Tantric, Yogi Bhajan. Every
course is facilitated, in person, by a representative of the Mahan
Tantric.
The day consists of six to eight kriyas incorporating a
yogic posture (asana) and a hand posture (mudra), a mental focus,
breathing technique (pranayama) and usually a mantra often
accompanied by music. The meditations are typically 31 - 62 minutes in length
with a break between each kriya.

Things to bring with
you...
- Yoga mat, or sheep skin, or blanket.
- Deep (firm) cushion to sit on (you will be sitting
for most of the day).
- Wear white clothing (or very light colors)
and a white head covering, natural fiber.
- A big bottle of water is necessary.
Vegetarian lunch and fruit
snacks are included in
the course fee. Lunch will be:
Salad, Chickpea Dahl, Red Lentil Soup, Brown
Rice,
Cookies, Yogi Tea. |

We must receive
your registration and payment on or before April 9 to get
the discounted rate. Students must present a current and valid
ID from an educational institution (this includes High School,
College, Vocational); a person learning to teach yoga is not
included in this category. Seniors are 65+ years old. Also
note, when paying via credit card the fee is 3% higher.
