Vendor Information - White Tantric Yoga^® Chicago

BAZAAR:  Once again WTY Chicago will have a ‘Bazaar’ area available for vendors. The fee for a six-foot skirted display table is $50 per table; this fee must be paid in advance on or before Friday, April 30, 5:00 pm Central Time by calling Hari Dev Singh at 312-922-4699 with your credit card number. Or, you may write a check and mail your Bazaar table payment to be received on or before that date.

In order to reserve a table in the Bazaar you must also register and participate in WTY. There are no exceptions to this requirement! We have a limited number of tables in the Bazaar that will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis. Per WTY proceedures, the Bazaar will only be open at lunch, during the afternoon breaks, and again after WTY concludes.

Note:  Vendors offering aromatherapy, essential oils or other products with a strong scent are asked not to apply samples of these products to people or clothing.  We will ask everyone wearing scented oils to wash them off while participating in WTY.

Payment for a table in the Bazaar, along with your individual registration for WTY, must be received no later than Friday, April 30. Your Bazaar payment may be slipped through the KYL mail slot at 410 South Michigan Ave - Suite 514.

GOODIE BAGS. Due to the wonderful seva performed by Chicago's Organizing Team every WTY participant receives a delightful ‘Goodie Bag’ at the end of the day. The Goodie Bag is designed to provide each attendee with a complete package of conscious materials to take home after WTY.

To guarantee that each WTY participant receives your flier, business card, or other item, please deliver 160 pieces of your item to 410 S. Michigan Ave  Suite 514, on or before Friday, April 30 by 5:00 pm Central Time. A fee of $20 per item is required at the time of delivery... no exceptions! (Example: If you would like to include 160 copies of one flier the fee is $20; if you would like to include 160 copies of one flier and 160 business cards, the fee is $20 x 2 items for a total of $40 - stapling these items together does not constitute one item, they are still two separate items). Materials may be left safely outside the door of Suite 514 if placed there prior to our regularly scheduled class sessions (however, put all payments through the mail slot).  Important: WTY Chicago does not provide a ‘Community Table’ in the Bazaar.
