KRIYA–SEXUAL NERVE STRENGTH

Shoulder Stand.
Lie on the back.
Lift the buttocks up in the air in shoulder stand, supported by
the hands. Begin to kick
the buttocks with alternating heels.
Continue for 3
minutes. Then, rest
the buttocks down on the floor and again begin the kicking
motion. Continue for
3 minutes.
Then relax for 2
minutes. Now
repeat the series,
breathing long and deep in the second part.
This stimulates the nerve reflex area deep in the
buttocks.

Rock Pose.
Sit on the heels.
Have the hands in Venus Lock (fingers interlaced with the left
thumb in the web of the right thumb for women and right thumb in
the web of the left thumb for men).
Place this mudra in your lap and meditate for
2 minutes.
This exercise helps improve digestion.
It is an excellent posture for women to practice daily.

Lie on your back.
Slowly lift your legs to a 90-degree angle as you slowly
inhale and pull the muscles of the sex organs.
Slowly exhale as you
lower the legs and release the muscle tension at the sex organ.
Keep the concentration constant.
Repeat between 4
and 10 times. This
exercise gives endurance and integrates the release of sexual
energy into the other body systems.
Relax completely on your
back.

This Kundalini Yoga set stimulates the flow of sexual energy,
allowing the energy to circulate freely.
According to Yogi Bhajan, the Master of Kundalini Yoga, it is
good to create a habit of practicing a kriya like this frequently.
If you do it while you are young, your body will not fail you
when you are older!
