Stress relief was the topic. Shakta shared that ‘stress’ means the pressure that life exerts on you and the way pressure makes you feel and act. You experience stress or strain when your inner resources are inefficient or blocked. It’s then that you can’t respond to stress effectively. Too much unprocessed stress ultimately distorts your focus, your clarity and even your sense of self. (June 2014)
