• Use small amounts of stress to strengthen the nervous system and develop caliber.

• Review basic lifestyle habits from the perspective of stress and vitality.

Each day we study with the Master, Yogi Bhajan, in a DVD class and meditation. And, we work both individually and in
groups enhancing our vitality and reducing stress through kriyas, meditations and other processes.
