In addition to regularly scheduled Kundalini classes at the yoga studio, Shakta always has something going on. Popular events include Extreme Gong Night, Past Lives Workshops, and Yogic New Year's Eve!

Shakta Kaur is a Level 1 (200-hr) and Level 2 (300-hr) Kundalini Yoga Lead Teacher Trainer (500-hr), a Level 3 Teacher graduate and a Breathwalk® Instructor Trainer. In 2003 she opened Kundalini Yoga in the Loop (KYL), in Chicago, Illinois, USA. Since 2004 she’s hosted and organized Chicago’s  White Tantric Yoga  (WTY) course. From 2004-2008 Shakta represented KRI on the Yoga Alliance (YA) Board of Directors as Board Chair and Interim CEO. Shakta teaches both nationally and internationally including Europe, India and Canada. In 2016 she created a Kundalini Yoga Teacher ‘Tune-Up’ Refresher Course. Her two DVDs, the  Lunar Woman  and the Invincible Woman, remind us of the beauty, power and strength

of the Divine Feminine.  Shakta founded Women in Franchising,

Inc. (WIF) in 1987 and the American Franchisee Association (AFA)

in 1993.  Shakta seamlessly combines her 30+ years’ business experience with her passion for Yogi Bhajan’s teachings while serving 3HO communities worldwide.
