Meditation - For Fearlessness and Openness

(Yoga for Prosperity, Siri Kirpal Kaur Khalsa, p. 22)

Posture: Sit in Easy Pose with the spine straight.

Focus: Focus at the brow point with the eyes one-tenth open.

Breath: Inhale deeply, then exhale completely, keeping the breath out, pull Mulbhand (Root Lock) and mentally chant, “Sa Ta Na Ma” four times as the breath is held out. Inhale and repeat.

Mantra: SA=Infinity, cosmos, beginning.

Ta=Life, existence.

Na=Death.

Ma=Rebirth

Mudra: Relax the upper arms by the sides of the body, hugging the torso. The forearms are parallel to the ground with the palms facing up and the hands in a Closed Lotus Mudra with all the fingertips touching. Separate the hands about three feet from each other.

Time: 11-31 minutes.

End: Inhale, hold for 10-20 seconds, then exhale.

Comments: Practicing this meditation allows you to be open to the flow of prosperity in your life without fear. It stimulates the pituitary and enhances intuition.
