“Just close your eyes, lock your hands together, and within yourself feel, “God and me, me and God are one.” — Yogi Bhajan “Slower utter louder and louder, “God and me, me and God are one.” “Move powerfully so your shoulders jump like dancing.” Sing the affirmation. Visualize the oneness … visualize, visualize. See the union happening.” Yogi Bhajan. 3 mins.
“Inhale deeply. Inhale and burn out the fire with Breath of Fire. Fast, fast, fast. Move the diaphragm powerfully and press on the navel. Become the strength of the day.”
“You know if there is a glow on your face and your personality is smiling, you’re walking tall and you have all the strength, hundreds of people will love you. If you’re a brickface, do not talk, do not look and see into the eyes of somebody, what are you going to be, a dead rat? Come on! Breathe! Energize your being.” 2 mins.
“Now make an “O” of your mouth and breathe in and out through that mouth. Quick, quick, and powerfully. Don’t stop!” 1 min.
“Inhale deeply. Hold tight and lock your hands, press them against the heart center and squeeze the body of all false vanity. Breathe out and breathe in again deeply and make your body like iron steel; totally with all your energy, so all hidden anger may just not wipe you out, but instead wipe out itself. Breate out. Now, breathe in deeply, breathe tight, and turn left tightly and turn right tightly. Come t the center and be upright to the fullest extent. Hold each of the final breaths about 15-20 seconds.”
“Relax. Now, see if you can be angry. I don’t think so.”
