A Fun Prosperity Meditation

(Yoga for Prosperity, Siri Kirpal Kaur Khalsa,p. 97.)


Posture: Sit in easy pose or in a chair with a straight spine with a light neck lock (Jalandhar Bandh).


Focus: The eyes are 1/10th open, focused on the tip of the nose.


Mantra and Movement: Starting with the hands in Prayer Mudra at the heart center, swing the hands down quickly to the navel, then swing the hands apart with the palms facing forward and the hands out to the sides.


Then swing the hands back into Prayer Mudra.

HAR

Swing the hands down and out to the sides.

HARAY

Swing the hands back to Prayer Mudra at the Heart Center.

HAREE

Swing the hands down and out to the sides.

WAA

Swing the hands back to Prayer Mudra at the Heart Center.

HAY

Swing the hands down and out to the sides.

GURU

Swing the hands back into Prayer Mudra at the Heart Center.


Time: Continue for 11 minutes.


End: Inhale, hold briefly, exhale and relax.


Comments: Remember to touch the tongue to theupper palate just above the teeth for all the “r” sounds.

The mantra, “Har Haray Haree Wa-hay Guru” 4 is a mantra of the ecstatic experience of the creative, green energy aspect of the Creator. (Literally, “God, God projected out, God in Action, Wow! Indescribable Ecstasy of Going from the Darkness to the Light.) It is often used in prosperity meditations. It is also used for protection and answered prayers.
